Registration

For those who wish to participate in this conference, please join IOCE on this occasion. Participation from a non-member organization requires invitation of a member organization and approval by the IOCE board.

There are two types of IOCE membership. Law enforcement organization and other government organization with digital forensic capability can join as "Full Member". Academia, commercial or other organization can join as "Associate Member". Application for associate membership requires endorsement from a full member organization within your country.

All participants are kindly requested to send the completed Membership Application Form to the IOCE Board () and Registration Form to the Conference Secretariat () via email.

This conference will be an ideal way to meet and discuss important issues with international colleagues. If you are not already an IOCE member, please fill out the Membership Application Form along with the Registration Form. If you are unable to make the conference, but still wish to join the IOCE, please feel free to complete the Membership Application Form.

Accommodation

You are recommended to stay at "Grand Arc Hanzomon Hotel", since National Police Agency will arrange a chartered bus service between the Hotel and the conference venue. Participants are requested to fill-in the Accommodation Booking Form for the hotel reservation at the special discounted rate. The negotiated single room rate at Grand Arc Hanzomon is approximately JPY 10,500 (USD 110) per person per night, including tax and service fee. Payment shall be made either in cash or by Credit Card at the hotel. Travelers checks can NOT be accepted.

NOTICE: If you booked a room with the hotel directly, it would cost you approximately JPY 14,000.
